Goisot Bourgogne Aligote 2022

Aligote, the less popular white burgundy sibling to Chardonnay, is still worthy of just as much reverence. In need of much less age, Aligote is meant to be opened earlier and enjoyed easily. This Aligote ages in stainless steel and is full of minerality from the fossilized shells in the soils of Saint-Bris (right next to Chablis).
