100% Chardonnay

Super Chard is a brand new and exciting expression of Chardonnay from us. Hawkeye Ranch Chardonnay was de-stemmed and left on their skins for about two weeks of maceration before going into neutral oak barrels for six months.

This is a fun orange wine that tastes like plump nectarines, with an electric acidity and a hint of structure to balance out the tropical aromatics. Pull it from the fridge and let it warm up on your table next to a whole grilled fish and a big bowl of salsa verde.
