A first experiment in cider-making by Alanna (who was enthusiastic about it) and Martin (who refused to even pick the apples but reluctantly acquiesced to the winemaking). Sourced from untended apple trees in the community orchard of Flonheim, the result is an insanely refreshing cider, low in alcohol, with a judicious amount of volatile acidity. The perfect drink for before, after or in between all of the grape wines.
