Plaisance Penavayre 'Cosmopotes Blanc' 2023

An entry into the interesting domaine of Plaisance Penavayre in the SW of France. A co-ferment of most of the white varietals they work with. For me this is the perfect weekday wine or something to have as a wine for guests that does not break the bank yet satisfies many.
